How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

It is best to make your reservation as soon as possible. Bend is a wedding and event destination. Our rentals book quickly.

Do you set up the rentals?

The tent and heating lamp set-up is included in the rental price. Chairs, table and linen set-up is available for an additional fee of $1 per chair and linen, and $3 per table.

Can I pick up the rentals?

Small orders can be picked up. All large orders will be delivered. 

What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee varies depending on your location. We calculate the fee based on mileage, gas, and time. 

How long do I get the rentals?

You get the rentals for approximately 24 hours depending on the venue.

My venue needs everything picked up that night. Are you able to pick up the rentals late?

Some venues require equipment to be packed and picked up immediately following the event. For some events, that could be late at night. We offer late pick up services for an additional fee in this situation.

Do I need to be there for set-up and take-down?

You do not need to be there for set-up or take-down. Please just ensure that we are able to access the space easily.

I need to change the event date. Will I lose my deposit?

You will NOT lose your deposit for changing the event date. The deposit will go toward your new date.

However, the date change must be requested at least one week prior to the original date or you will be charged full price.

How much do I have to pay at the time of reservation?

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when you make a reservation.

Is there a minimum order?

There is a minimum order of $100 for delivery orders. There is no minimum if you pick-up the items.
